Delete your account

You can delete your account from inside the app in four steps — no emails, no waiting. Below is the path through the screens and the exact list of what is erased.
Deleting your account in the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Tap your name and avatar in the top-left corner — this opens “Profile”.
- Switch to the “Edit” tab at the bottom of the screen.
- In the “Account” section tap “Delete account” and confirm.
What is deleted
- Email, username, password and country — erased permanently.
- Your uploaded avatar, including the image file itself.
- Every active session on every device.
- Support messages you sent and the screenshots attached to them.
- Your public player page on the website stops opening.
What is kept
Finished games stay in the database, but anonymised — without your name, avatar or any personal data. In your opponent’s history such a game is labelled “deleted player”.
A game belongs to two people: deleting it outright would erase someone else’s history too, and the rating they earned in those games would become unexplainable. Privacy policy
No access to the app?
Write to [email protected] from the email address of the account you want deleted, and we will delete it on request. Expect an answer within a few days.
If it is a guest account with no email attached, give the username in the form Guest_xxxxxx — you can see it in your profile.
